The 365,000-sf Simches Research Center at Massachusetts General Hospital (Partners Healthcare) is a new "magnet" research building for regenerative medicine, human genetics, and computational, integrative, and systems biology. In the fall of 2004, research at the MGH took an exhilarating new turn with the opening of the Richard B. Simches Research Building. Situated in Charles River Plaza, directly adjacent to the main hospital campus, the center epitomizes a modern, state-of-the-art and interdisciplinary medical research facility.
