Vincent Cruz Merfalen is the father of an autistic son and a retired Army Major. He is an adjunct instructor at the Northern Marianas College where he teaches math and business courses. Vince is an entrepreneur and private business owner. He teaches persons with disabilities to capitalize on their strengths and overcome challenges in order to be successful in the workplace.
Vince is a life-long learner, a passionate educator and a champion for the rights of people with disabilities. As he continues to build his experience and knowledge through the FSU International Education Programs, he advances his desire for being all he can be for his community.
