The Georgia College William P. Wall Museum of Natural History is an academic and research treasure for students, faculty, staff and the public. The 2,500-square-foot museum is dedicated to earth sciences, emphasizing paleontology – the study of fossils and ancient life forms.
The museum opened in 2004 and is an official repository for National Park Service specimens. It's also home to a full-dome planetarium featuring state-of-the-art graphic projection. Built in 2008, the Planetarium provides educational programs and shows about astronomy and the night sky.
