      1. Hill House | Andalusia

The Hill House was the most prominent of the worker’s houses on the O’Connor’s property. It was built by Joseph Stovall in the mid to late 1820s and was the first home on the property. It is a smaller example of the Plantation Plain house type that was common in Georgia and it features a three-room addition that includes a kitchen and a bathroom.

Formerly, Hill House was located in the crescent of the driveway near the Main House, but it was moved to its current location in the late 1940s.
