Willamette's breakfast and lunch spot on the west side of campus will be managed by Bon Appétit. A whole new breakfast and lunch menu, refreshed espresso machine, new coffee provider, and trained professional staff will offer guests a quality, customer-friendly experience from the early morning to late afternoon.
