The majority of Willamette's first- and second-year population live in the Baxter Complex, Belknap Hall, and Matthews Hall. Matthews 2nd floor is an all-women community. Matthews 3rd floor is co-ed. Matthews has carpeted rooms. The beds are movable. Matthews Hall is part of the First-Year Commons and has double and triple rooms. Mattresses are standard twin.
