Lee House provides a small, close-knit community. Lee has carpeted rooms, some of the room furniture is moveable. There is a piano and a pool table in the lounge. Lee House has double and single occupancy rooms. Mattresses are standard twin.
Named after founder Jason Lee's only daughter, Lucy Anna Lee, this residence was built in 1959 and renovated in 1983.
