    1. Lucero Hall

      Lucero Hall (formerly North Avenue Hall) is coed and houses 304 continuing students. Lucero Hall is configured in five or six-bed suites in the east wing and six-bed apartments in the north wing. All of the beds in Lucero Hall have extra-long twin mattresses. Lucero Hall offers a study lounge (suite-side), a community room, laundry rooms and vending machines. A student-staffed front desk is also provided for your security and convenience. You can check out games, vacuums, and cleaning supplies.

      Lucero Hall Suites include a furnished living area, two full bathrooms, two sink/vanity areas, two double rooms and one or two single rooms (depending on the suite). The rooms are furnished with carpet and moveable furniture including beds, closets, desks and desk chairs.

    3. Grand Mesa

      Grand Mesa Hall is coed by suite and houses 288 residents. The suites have a mixture of single, super single and double bedrooms. Each suite has at least two bathrooms with separate counter and sink facilities. The suite is furnished with “bunkable” beds and movable furniture. Each bedroom has extra-long twin size bed(s), desk, dresser, closet with two drawers and enough space to hang your clothes. The living areas in each suite will have great, comfortable seating and a 32” flat screen wall mounted TV.

      The first floor of Grand Mesa houses first-year students, with continuing students on the second, third and a portion of the fourth floor. Grand Mesa Hall is home to the Performing Arts themed community.

      The fourth floor of B wing is designated as a study-intensive floor. Study-intensive communities bring together students who share a commitment to establish and maintain an atmosphere conducive to academic excellence. Residents agree to the terms of this lifestyle by signing a special contract. The purpose of this floor is to bring a commitment to establish and maintain an atmosphere conducive to academic excellence.

      Within Grand Mesa Hall we offer large community spaces, conference rooms, computer lab and a CMU standard, free laundry. Our front desk is available in case you have any questions or need to pick up a package. You can also check out games, vacuums and cleaning supplies.

    4. Bunting

      Bunting Hall, built in 2011, is coed and houses 328 first-year students. Bunting offers single, double, and double lofted rooms, with four students sharing a suite. Each floor has its own lounge and community kitchenette, as well as multiple study lounges in the building. A student-staffed front desk is provided for your security and convenience.
    5. Aspen Apartments

      The Aspen Apartments are currently being built and will open in Fall of 2020. 
    6. Wingate Hall

      Wingate Hall —Traditional with an Academic Focus

      Located west of Garfield Hall, Wingate offers traditional rooms with an academic focus. It is coed and houses 148 first- or second-year students who have a strong focus on academics. Each suite of two rooms features a lofted study room for the four residents. This hall offers community kitchens, bathrooms, study lounges, TV lounges and laundry on each floor. Custodial staff cleans restrooms and common areas twice a day during the week and once a day on weekends.

    7. Garfield Hall

      Garfield Hall is coed and houses 437 first-year students, and had its final phase completed in 2015. Garfield Hall is home to the Criminal Justice Living and Learning Community. Rooms are furnished with carpet and moveable furniture including two extra-long twin sized beds, two closets, two desks, and two desk chairs.

      The fourth floor of B-Wing in Garfield is designated as a study-intensive floor.     8. Monument Hall

      Monument Hall is coed and houses 180 first-year students and is designated as as Wellness Lifestyle/Substance-Free Community.

      The rooms are semi-suite style — two rooms share a bathroom. The rooms are furnished with carpet and moveable furniture including two extra-long twin beds , two closets, two small storage units, two desks, and two desk chairs. Monument Hall offers a computer lab, a community room with a 50-inch television, free laundry, and vending machines. A student-staffed front desk is also provided for your security and convenience.     9. Rait Hall

      Rait Hall is a coed hall and houses 198 first and second year students. The rooms are furnished with carpet and stationary furniture including two extra-long twin sized beds, two closets, two desks, and two chairs. Some of the rooms have moveable furniture, including two extra-long twin sized beds with wardrobes, desks, chairs, and a dresser. There are also balconies on most second and third floor rooms.

      Rait Hall offers community bathrooms, study lounge, TV lounge, free laundry and vending machines. A student-staffed front desk is also provided for your security and convenience.

    10. Walnut Ridge Apartments

      Walnut Ridge Apartments house 118 students in three different buildings. The apartments are either three or four person capacity and house mainly upper-division students. In the three person apartments, there is one double bedroom and one single bedroom. The four person apartments have one double bedroom and two single bedrooms. All apartments are furnished with carpet and moveable furniture including a kitchen table, four chairs, desks, desk chairs, beds (with extra-long twin-size mattresses), a couch, an end table, and a coffee table. Walnut Ridge also offers two laundry rooms in the complex.

    11. Tolman Hall

      Tolman Hall is coed  by wings and houses 196 first-year students. Tolman Hall rooms are furnished with carpet and stationary furniture including two extra-long twin sized beds, two closets, two desks, and two desk chairs. Some of the rooms have moveable furniture, including two extra-long twin sized beds with wardrobes, desks, chairs, and a dresser. There are also balconies on most 2nd and 3rd floor rooms. Tolman Hall offers community bathrooms, a study lounge, TV lounge, free laundry and vending machines. A student-staffed front desk is also provided for your security and convenience.     12. Pinon Hall

      Piñon Hall offers community bathrooms, study lounge, TV lounge, free laundry and vending machines. A student-staffed front desk is also provided for your security and convenience. The rooms have moveable furniture, including two extra-long twin sized beds with wardrobes, desks, chairs and a dresser. There are balconies on most 2nd and 3rd floor rooms.

    13. Orchard Hall

      Orchard Avenue Hall contains coed apartments that house 184 sophomores, upperclassmen and transfer students. Orchard Avenue Hall is configured in three-bed and six-bed apartments. Orchard Avenue offers study lounges, a computer lab and free laundry rooms on every floor. A student-staffed front desk is also provided for your security and convenience. A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 is required to live in Orchard Avenue.

      Each apartment includes a furnished living area with a 42 " LCD television, one full bathroom and one sink/vanity area in the three-bed apartments, two full bathrooms and two sink/vanity areas in the six-bed apartments, one or two double rooms and one or two single rooms depending on the apartment, and a full kitchen including a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The rooms are furnished with carpet and movable furniture including beds, closets, desks, and desk chairs.
