    1. Piñon Hall

Piñon Hall, renovated in 2015, is home of the Maverick Innovation Center, a living-learning community for aspiring entrepreneurs. Its first floor includes a workshop area with state-of-the-art equipment and the amenities you'll need to get your idea off the ground. Upstairs, student rooms have been updated with new furniture. A great feature, most rooms on the second and third floors also come with balconies. Piñon Hall offers community bathrooms, a study lounge, a TV lounge, laundry rooms and vending machines.
