Orchard Hall
Orchard Avenue Apartments, built in 2012, is co-ed and houses 184 sophomore, upper-division and transfer students. Orchard Avenue Apartments is configured in three-bed and six-bed apartments, and offers study lounges and computer labs. A student staffed front desk is also provided for your security and convenience. A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 is required to live in Orchard Avenue.
