Bishop’s University’s sports and recreation facilities are sure to please athletes of all tastes and levels of play. Whether you like high-impact or low-impact sports, or you’d rather join the Gaiter Nation in the stands than put your skills to the test on the field, you’ll surely find a place at BU to entice the athlete or fan in you.
The newly renovated John H. Price Sports & Recreation Centre includes:
- The Jane and Eric Molson ice hockey arena (800 seats)
- A double gymnasium with mezzanine
- A 4000-foot fitness centre
- An indoor pool
- An indoor jogging track
- 2 weight rooms
- Squash courts
- A dance studio
- A sports medicine clinic
In addition to these facilities, the new sports and recreation centre features a food court, an outdoor terrace overlooking Coulter Field, new locker rooms, additional storage space, and health and wellness clinics, as well as administrative offices and classrooms.
