      1. Narrowleaf Yucca (Yucca angustissima)

        This native Western species features stiff, narrow, linear leaves. Mature plants grow stalks of creamy white flowers, often tinged with pink or purple. As with other yucca species, plants are long-lived, very drought resistant and best located in areas where their pointed leaves will do little damage.
