Dwarf Smooth Sumac (Rhus glabra cismontana)
This low-growing, spreading shrub is native to the Intermountain West. It is well-adapted to low-water landscape applications and flames in fall with brilliant reddish-purple foliage. Dwarf Smooth Sumac produces seedheads of fuzzy, clustered berries that persist into winter.
