Applegate Place is a private hall of residence that is managed by Hello Student. The University campus is a 5 minute walk away and the city centre is just a 2 minute walk away, providing access to local shops and restaurants.
Flats range between studio rooms with own private kitchen or shared flats with shared kitchen facilities, including dishwashers, two cookers, fridge freezers and microwaves. Sofas and seating is provided in all the shared kitchens. All rooms have their own en-suite facilities. All shared kitchens have large flat screen TV's.
