In the centre of campus, Newarke Point is privately managed by Unite Students.
Each flat has five bedrooms, all with en suite facilities. Premium rooms (with more space and a larger bed) and studio rooms (including a private kitchen and bathroom) are also available.
Flats have a shared kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools, as well as a carpeted area with a sofa and curtains. Classic and premium studios also have lounge chairs and a coffee table, and their own kitchen facilities with a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Each flat also has a vacuum cleaner, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, iron and an ironing board and a bin.
