The Dr. Joe Anna Hibler Education Center is a two-story building that houses the Dean of the College of Professional and Graduate Studies, School of Behavioral Sciences and Education, Department of Education, Department of Parks and Recreation Management, Graduate School Office, Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning, and ITV classrooms.
