Lipton House
Lipton House is a sophomore, junior, and senior residence located on Route 9 across from the Arms Music Center. Formerly known as Hamilton House, the dorm was built in 1918 as the Phi Chi Phi fraternity house. Lipton was home to the bestselling author Dan Brown ’86.
