Nebraska Hall is American University's first apartment-style residence hall. Each apartment was designed with a common kitchen, bathroom, and living room shared by 4, 3, or 2 single bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a full-sized bed. The Resident Assistants in Nebraska Hall work closely with the Resident Director to create a unique and involved apartment community. Additionally, a Faculty Member-in-Residence lives on the terrace level of the building and is a part of the community team building.
