The original home of WAMU 88.5, AU’s National Public Radio affiliate, the Media Production Center today is a laboratory for professional education, communication research, and innovative production for communication students and features the Ed Bliss Broadcast Newsroom. The TV Studio in the lower level is equipped with a functional set and a control room providing students with the hands-on experience necessary for a career in the television industry.
