Triad Hall Apartments
Triad Apartments house up to 378 students in one-, two-, or three-bedroom configurations that feature a kitchen, living room and bathroom. Laundry facilities are on site.
Townhouses 1&2
The 113-unit townhouse complex houses up to 465 students living in single occupancy bedrooms in four- and six-bedroom configurations. Each townhouse features a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The complex also has a parking garage, community center and laundry facilities.
Student Townhouses Community Building

Mimosa Hall
Located in the center of campus, Mimosa Hall houses 315 students. Rooms are arranged by suites, and each suite contains two to three double bedrooms and a bathroom. Each suite shares a common bathroom, which students are responsible for cleaning. Mimosa also features laundry facilities on each floor as well as a computer lab.
Basketball Courts
Located near several residence halls, these outdoor courts are open for use.
Willow Hall
Willow houses up to 203 residents on three floors. As one of “The North Halls” comprised of Chestnut, Magnolia and Willow Halls, these buildings in all house 750 students. Students live in suites and share restroom facilities. Suites accommodate five to 16 students who share a lounge and common bathroom, both of which are cleaned by University Housing staff. The complex also features a laundry room.
Edgewood Park Apt
Edgewood Park Apartments consist of four separate buildings that are identical in structure. Each building has three floors each with 24 individual units and house up to 384 students. Apartments feature two bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. The apartments are furnished and air-conditioned. The individual apartments are designated same gender units and each building is co-ed.
Magnolia Hall
Magnolia houses up to 201 residents on three floors. As one of “The North Halls” comprised of Chestnut, Magnolia and Willow Halls, these buildings in all house 750 students. Students live in suites and share restroom facilities. Suites accommodate five to 16 students who share a lounge and common bathroom, both of which are cleaned by University Housing staff. The complex also features a laundry room.
Magnolia Hall Gazebo
As a hang out for students, the gazebo is open for use and well lit at night.

Holly Pointe Commons
Opened in 2016, this building houses 1,415 students. With 7 floors at its’ highest and 4 floors at its’ lowest, in addition to residential housing this building contains a convenience store, a Starbucks, and a Dining Hall to suit the needs of students, with Freshman and Sophomore aged students in mind. Bathrooms are floor-style and cleaned by Rowan University Staff, and rooms are in single or double occupancy.
International House
Built in 1855 as a private residence, this stately home in the town of Glassboro serves as living quarters for international students and scholars.
Rowan Boulevard Apartments
The Rowan Boulevard Apartments house up to 884 students in four-bedroom (single occupancy) apartments that include two bathrooms, a kitchen, breakfast nook and living room area. The complex also contains exercise and weight rooms, meeting rooms, laundry facilities and a Public Safety satellite office.
230 Victoria
Student housing on Victoria Street, 6 floors of housing holding 413 student beds. Each suite in this building consists of a single or double bedrooms, with up to 8 bedrooms per housing suite. Each suite shares a kitchen, a bathroom and a living area. The building also houses a recreation center, a parking garage, retail space, and classrooms and offices.

Writing Arts
Communication Studies 223 West High Street
A four story building with 144 student beds for upper classman housing. This building is suite style with each apartment providing bedrooms, a kitchen, bathrooms, and a living area.
220 Rowan Boulevard
Nexus in 2015 opened 220 Rowan Boulevard, a 316,000 square-foot building with ground floor medical, dining and retail space and upper level student and market rate housing. Initial commercial tenants at 220 Rowan Boulevard include a seven-day per week Inspira Urgent Care facility, the Cooper Bone and Joint Institute, a branch of South Jersey Federal Credit Union and a Tony Luke’s cheesesteak restaurant. A 300-seat Chickie’s & Pete’s sports bar and restaurant.
Whitney Center
A mixed-use facility located on Rowan Boulevard, Whitney Center includes living space and administrative space. The building houses up to 278 residents in single occupancy bedrooms in apartments housing one to four students. Each apartment includes a kitchen, breakfast nook, living room and bathroom, as well as access to laundry facilities and recreational spaces. Whitney Center is also home to the
Bantivoglio Honors Program and contains offices, a lounge and classroom space.
Mullica Hall
Mullica Hall houses 104 residents. Each two-bedroom suite shares a common bathroom, which students are responsible for cleaning. Mullica also features laundry facilities and study rooms on each floor, with a lounge area on the first floor.
Evergreen Hall
A three story residence hall, Evergreen accommodates 204 students housed in two bedroom suites that each include their own bathroom which each suite is responsible for cleaning. Laundry facilities are on each floor as well as study rooms and a lounge area featured on the first floor.
Oak Hall
One of the University’s first residence halls, Oak Hall houses up to 59 students. Each suite houses eight to 14 students who share a common hallway and community bathroom, both of which are cleaned by University Housing staff.
Laurel Hall
One of the University’s first residence halls, Laurel Hall houses up to 59 students. Each suite houses eight to 14 students who share a common hallway and community bathroom, both of which are cleaned by University Housing staff.
