      About the Residential Quad
The residential quad is a wide, grassy expanse defined by the four Elizabethan-style residence halls to the east and west and Jewett House with its nine-story tower to the north. The first of the quad houses, Strong, was completed in 1893, followed by Raymond, Lathrop, and Davison over the next decade, and Jewett in 1907.
