CGU's on-campus housing comprises five buildings with a total of 158 units and 240 bed spaces.
The complex has two types of housing, apartments and suites. Apartment-style housing is available in studio, one-bedroom/one-bath, and two-bedroom/two-bath floor plans.
Suites, which are smaller than apartments because there is no living room area, are available in two-bedroom/one-bath and three-bedroom/two-bath floor plans.
All of the bedrooms in the community are single occupancy, and all of the units in the complex are fully furnished with the exception of beds.
