This building serves as the administrative center for Scripps College, housing Admission, classrooms and faculty offices, the offices of the Dean of Faculty, Dean of Students, President, Registrar, Student Accounts, SAGE, and the Treasurer.
Balch Hall was the gift of Mr. And Mrs. Allan C. Balch of Los Angeles, completed in 1929.
