The Laspa Center for Leadership advances the overall mission of Scripps College to educate women to develop their intellects and talents through participation in a community of scholars and other leaders, so that as graduates they contribute to society through public and private lives of leadership, service, integrity, and creativity.
The mission of the Laspa Center for Leadership is “to develop and support future generations of women leaders, providing them with the necessary attributes, knowledge, and skills to succeed in the 21st Century.”
