      1. Children's Playhouse

Designed by architect Charles Barton Keen in 1920, the playhouse, with its white plaster walls and green-shingled roof, resembles an English cottage. With its three quarter scale furniture, it was a perfect play space for the Reynolds daughters, Mary and Nancy. At the time, playhouses were considered important for teaching girls the arts of housekeeping.
