      1. Reynolda Gardens & Grounds

More than a century-old, the gardens and grounds were part of the original footprint for the Reynolda estate, which included a 16-acre man-made lake, golf course, Formal Gardens, greenhouses, and woods. Although the landscape has changed over the years, most of its original structures and plans remain intact. With 134 acres, Reynolda Gardens now serve as an outdoor oasis open to the public.

The Gardens and Grounds are free and always open to the public year-round from dawn until dusk.

The Formal Gardens are accessible by barrier-free entrance on the west side. The Greenhouse and Conservatory are entered through the door facing the Formal Gardens. Pathways in the Formal Gardens are grass, crushed stone, and slate. Nature trails are chipped bark or gravel. Parking is available in front of the greenhouses. Restrooms are located at the east entrance to the Formal Gardens beside the Greenhouse. Contact us at hello@reynolda.org for more information.
