On Saturday October 16, City of Houston District C residents who have registered and pre-paid for a Rain Water Solutions Rain Barrel through Council Member Abbie Kamin's Rain Barrel Fall Sale will be able to pick-up their purchase at Rice Stadium on the Rice University campus. Pick up will take place just inside campus Entrance 17 east of Rice Stadium at the High Order of Owl Tailgating Society (HOOTS) tent. Barrels will be distributed according to the pick-up times shown on barrel purchasers' confirmation emails. To avoid traffic congestion, the District C office asks that resident please refrain from coming at any time outside their assigned pick-up time frame.
