      James A. Baker III Hall

      Baker Hall houses Rice’s James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy as well as the offices of the dean of social sciences. Founded in 1993, the Baker Institute has already established itself as one of the premiere nonpartisan public policy think tanks in the country.
