The Peterson Building is the home of the
Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Texas A&M. Originally known as the Plant Sciences Building when it was built in 1962, the building had its name changed in 1985 after Leland F. Peterson ‘36. Peterson was president of the Texas A&M Board of Directors from 1967-69.
