    1. Rudder Residence Hall

      Constructed in 1989, Rudder Hall is named after Margaret Rudder, the widow of former Texas A&M President Major General James Earl Rudder. As the university's first lady, she was active in both university and community affairs, continuing her involvement after her husband's death. 

      Modular style halls feature rooms with a private bathroom shared by two roommates. "The Mods" offer a small close-knit community feel while still offering easy access to our campus hubs on both the Northside and Southside of campus.
