    1. Schuhmacher Residence Hall

      Schuhmacher Hall is named after Henry C. Schuhmacher of Houston, Texas, and was constructed in 1964. Mr. Schuhmacher is head of a wholesale grocery business bearing his name. He became a member of the Board of Director of Texas A&M University in 1925. He also served a member of the Board Committees on Auditing and Finances and as a member of the executive committee.

       

      Balcony style halls feature exterior hallways, two roommates in a room, a shared bath and two suitemates. Single rooms are also offered. Each of our balcony halls offers a rich tradition and history unique to the north side of campus. They also offer easy access to numerous academic buildings as well as multiple dining and recreation facilities.
