University Police Department
The University Police Department is open 24 hours a day, providing police services seven days a week. The Police Department operates three shifts, working both foot patrols and vehicle patrols throughout campus. The Department operates a 24-hour Communication Unit. The Department of Public Safety, Parking Services Unit has the responsibility of issuing parking permits, enforcing the rules and regulations for parking, coordinating the shuttle schedules for transit services and assisting patrons with questions they may have regarding parking at Southeast Missouri State University.
