      1. Quad - from Mellen Street

         The Doble Quad may be accessed via Mellen Street by travelling along the north side of the street and crossing at the curb cuts connecting 30 and 31 Mellen Street.  The south side of Mellen Street is unsuitable to wheelchair traffic given deferred City sidewalk improvements.
