Wendell House is a three-story Victorian style house located right on the corner of Oxford and Wendell Streets. It is a co-ed building that houses approximately 24 students and has two Graduate Resident Assistant Suites. The first floor has two handicap-accessible double rooms, a fully accessible private bathroom, and a washer and dryer (for students requiring accessible access only). The second and third floors are each made up of double and single rooms with one full private bathroom and foyer area. There is a large lounge with beautiful new furniture, cable TV/DVD, and microwave. Students are welcome to use the washers and dryers in the basements.
