Wilbur House is a three-story Victorian style house located next door to the Threshold Offices. It is a co-ed building that houses approximately 24 students in the Threshold Program and one Resident Director. The house was completely renovated in 2013 and is made up of many different sizes of doubles, triples, and one single room. There are 5 full private bathrooms throughout the building and two additional bathrooms within the Resident Assistant and Resident Director apartments. The first floor has a large, full kitchen, a laundry room, and a lounge with couches and cable TV/DVD.
