4 Berkeley St.
Constructed in 1851 and occupied the first day of spring 1852, the house commands a prominent position on its corner lot with good visibility from both Berkeley Street and Phillips Place. The historic home is beautiful and stately, with three six-over-nine floor-length windows, similar to Greek Revival windows, that peer across the yard from the living room. A bay of bowed windows faces southwest from the dining room. The kitchen, renovated in 2006, has modern fixtures while still retaining its historic stove as a decorative wall piece.
