Like Reed Hall, Burnham has many striking features. Its prominent roof outlines its most dramatic one, a meeting room with a capacity of approximately 70 people at tables. Entering the space from the adjacent colonnade heightens the drama of the meeting room as one's experience of space is compressed before rising again toward the heavens. A prominent stained glass window extolling the virtues of diligence and perseverance establishes a strong visual orientation for the room. An accessible bathroom is located opposite the meeting room. A Public Safety officer is stationed on the first floor of the building.
