Texan Village is currently a co-ed apartment complex that houses students all year round. Buildings 1-3 were completed in 2001 and building 4 was added in 2004. It features 3 and 4 bedroom apartments occupied by 4 students each. The apartments are individually air-conditioned, the kitchen, living room, and both bathrooms have tile floors, and the bedrooms are carpeted. Texan Village also has a clubhouse for residents with comfortable seating, study areas and a conference/meeting room perfect for group projects.
