Heritage Hall is a co-ed facility, built in 2014, offering participation in Tarleton's Living-Learning Community programs as well as general assignment for first year students. It is a fully air-conditioned hall that features a suite-style room concept that has great storage with personal sinks and bathroom storage. This new room design allows each student to have access to natural light with a window while providing a room design that encourages community building.

Two rooms link through a spacious bathroom with four sinks and two private shower/toilet rooms. Heritage Hall features large rooms, a spacious lobby, study space, community rooms with kitchens on each floor, conference rooms to encourage group study and two courtyards.

In addition, there is an active Residential Leader staff and Residence Hall Association that work together to build community and create an environment where residents experience social and academic success. Residents have the opportunity to get involved and meet other people by joining the Residence Hall Association, study groups, intramural sports, living-learning communities, and faculty-partner events.
