Traditions Residence Hall North, a new housing build, opened January 2017. This residential area encompasses the two new buildings along N Rome Street and W Sloan Street, Traditions North and Traditions South.

Traditions Hall North is a co-ed facility that primarily houses second year students. It is a fully air-conditioned hall that features a popular private bedroom layout and all the amenities our residential students enjoy. The dorm has secure card swipe hall and room access with two and four bedroom options. Traditions Hall North features large bedrooms with full size beds in an apartment-style suite with a living room and kitchenette.

This new hall encourages community building with great lobbies, study space, and full kitchens on each floor. In addition, there is an active Residential Leader staff and Hall Leadership Team that work together to build community and create an environment where residents experience social and academic success. Residents have the opportunity to get involved and meet other people by joining the Residence Hall Association, study groups, and intramural sports.
