The Skalny Welcome Center, named after Joseph Skalny, long-time friend of the University, opened in 2009. The two-story building houses the Patricia O'Keefe Ross Gallery on the ground floor, and the James ’71 and Kathleen Leo Community Room on the second floor. It also contains the Offices of First-Year, Transfer, and Graduate Admissions, as well as the Advancement and Alumni Offices. The Welcome Center is located right off of East Avenue, adjacent to the main entrance to campus.
