      1. Weybridge House

Middlebury’s academic and special interest houses allow sophomores, juniors, and seniors to live in a community of students with a common interest. In these spaces, students work together to pursue their passions, advance their study, and share in discovery. The efforts of these communities resonate across campus.

Weybridge is Middlebury’s food studies house. The 18 students, who live in the four singles and seven doubles, spend their time diving into today’s most pressing food concerns, food systems, and sustainability issues.

Weybridge hosts regular events and community meals in its large kitchen and lounges, and residents engage in a unique meal plan: rather than eating at campus dining halls, students order food in bulk from Dining Services and cook as a community. For everything else they need, they turn to the house organic vegetable and herb garden.
