As a student walks down the brightly colored halls of Coffrin, they may bump into a classmate from their first-year seminar, a friend from their suite, or a student a few grades above them.
The building, which houses students of all years, is made up of 106 singles, eight doubles, and the Coffrin Apartment, a highly sought-after suite with two doubles, a living room, kitchen, and balcony looking out over campus.
The building is peppered with lounges throughout and has laundry facilities and indoor bike storage on-site.
