This house was once home to Kappa Delta Rho, a national fraternity founded at Middlebury. Today, it serves as upperclassmen housing on the edge of campus near the Dragone Track and Field Complex.
While the building is about a 10-minute walk from the main campus, many students jump at the opportunity to live in one of the nine singles and four doubles. The spacious house has a living room, recreational room, dining room, kitchen, basement, expansive porch, laundry facilities, and its own parking lot.
