This house, informally known as the “Beach House,” sits at the corner of College Street, across from the local Catholic Church, Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
The three upperclassmen who live in the house stay in one of the three singles and use the house’s kitchen, living room, and porch. While on the edge of campus, it is extremely easy to get to the library, and Atwater Dining Hall is only a short walk away.
