This state-of-the-art facility includes overhead lights for evening practices and games, as well as an all-weather surface that allows students to practice field hockey and lacrosse even when inclement weather would make other fields unsafe to run and cut on.
The 240x360-foot surface also features a watering system to create optimal conditions for Middlebury’s successful field hockey team. The field is named after Peter Kohn, longtime Middlebury lacrosse manager and one of just a few people in the Lacrosse Hall of Fame who never played the sport.
