Phillips Hall's current uses include Administrative Offices such as the Budget and Accounting, Purchasing Department and Student Affairs. Its square footage is 16,704 and was designed by Aymar Embury. It was named for Trustee Arthur C. Phillips, who served as Chairman of the Board from 1942-1944.
