      The Educational Services Center was built in 1978. It houses most student service departments including Admissions, the RegistrarFinancial Aid, and the Graduate School.

    2. Corbett Center

      Corbett Center, the university's student union, is a bustling center of activity on campus. It is home to the several dining establishments and many student organizations and programs. Corbett Center also offers attractive conference facilities.

    3. James B. Delamater Activity Center

      The Activity Center is home to the Department of Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance. It is open to students, faculty, staff, and their guests, and offers facilities such as a weight room, elevated indoor jogging track, racquetball courts, and basketball-volleyball play areas. The Activity Center was built in 1973; an expansion and a renovation were completed in 1996.

    4. Frenger Food Court

      Frenger Food Court is a popular lunchtime spot housing five independent businesses. Indoor and outdoor seating is available as well as wireless internet.

    5. Hardman And Jacobs Undergraduate Learning Center

      Hardman and Jacobs Undergraduate Learning Center houses six classrooms of various sizes that are centrally scheduled and used for many of the university's core curriculum classes and larger classes. Most undergraduates will take at least some courses in the undergraduate learning center during their student careers. The center also houses the Student Success Center, which includes TRiO Student Support Services and TRiO Upward Bound, and Information & Communications Technology, which includes a Help Desk, computer labs, a drop-in computer center, computer rentals and computer offices and workshops.

      This building is a LEED Gold certified building. LEED, or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is a program that strives to create a more sustainable world.     6. NMSU Bookstore

      The NMSU Bookstore is a great place to study. This space is stocked with textbooks for purchase or rental, tables, and has a charming café-like atmosphere.

      Additionally, NMSU merchandise can also be found for sale at this location. Also at this location, on the second floor, are ID Card Services and Parking Services.

    7. Alumni Pond

      This beautiful outdoor space is a great place to unwind. There are plenty of trees for shaded relaxation and a stocked pond you may fish in with a permit. 
    8. Upper Intramural Field

      The Upper Intramural field, or "Upper Deck" is a well-lit, large field that is perfect for sports clubs to practice or hold games.

    9. Lower Intramural Field

      The Lower Intramural Field, or "Lower Deck" is a large space ideal for big activities and playing certain types of outdoor sports. There is also a full rugby field with an outdoor scoreboard, two goal posts and outdoor seating.

    10. Preciado Park

      Preciado Park has a full playground and basketball court. It also has plenty of picnic tables and outdoor wifi. 
    11. Horseshoe

      The quad is home to many activities on campus. It hosts the Pride of New Mexico's band practice as well as traditional events on campus.
    12. Turtle Pond

      This small pond is located on the east side of Gerald Thomas Hall. It contains turtles and small fish and has a small sitting area with benches.
    13. Aquatics Center

      The NMSU Aquatic Center contains a 25-yard indoor pool and an Olympic-size outdoor pool. Both pools are heated and are open all year round. Come swim laps or go off the 1 meter or 3 meter diving boards during our recreation time. In order to swim at the NMSU Aquatic Center, you must be an AggieFit member. Guests can use this facility, but they must pay a fee of $10.00 and be escorted by an AggieFit member. Students and AggieFit members are allowed no more than three guests per day.

    14. Pool

      The outdoor pool has ten lanes and is 50 meters by 25 yards. It also has two one-meter and two three-meter diving spring boards. This facility is open year round.

    15. Pan American Center

      The Pan American Center, built in 1968 and renovated in 2007, is one of the finest arenas in the American Southwest. Seating 13,140 fans, the Pan Am hosts athletic events, including Aggie basketball and volleyball, as well as some of the top entertainers in America. The renovation and expansion project added an annex building to the south end of the arena that features offices, practice facilities and locker rooms, and a conference room named for former Special Events director and community icon Barbara "Mother" Hubbard. The Pan American Center is located just west of its namesake, the Pan American Highway (Interstate 25), and sits immediately to the north of Aggie Memorial Stadium.
