DeSmet Hall is primarily a residence hall for first-year students. About 80 percent of traditional first-year students live on campus in Regis’ residence halls, which have amenities like cable television, wifi, and even free laundry.
A new wing that opened in 2020 features classrooms, additional meeting spaces, study lounges and bike storage.
