    1. Segerstrom Science Center

      Segerstrom Science Center on West Campus represents APU’s commitment to providing state-of-the-art science facilities and equipment to benefit not only the growing number of math, science, and health students and faculty, but also the entire student population and surrounding community.

       

      The $54-million, 72,000-square-foot building includes a 90-seat lecture hall, 26 classrooms, 37 teaching and research laboratories, nuclear magnetic resonance and electron microscope rooms, faculty offices, student study and community areas, and APU’s Center for Research in Science.

    2. Segerstrom Courtyard and Pond

      The Segerstrom Courtyard is a quiet place to study and relax. The pond is home to several turtles and koi.

       

    3. Duke Academic Complex

      The John and Marilyn Duke Academic Complex on West Campus houses faculty and staff from the School of Theology as well as several other graduate and undergraduate departments, and features classrooms, seminar rooms, a lecture hall, and two art galleries.

       

    4. Barbara and Jack Lee Place of Prayer

      The Barbara and Jack Lee Place of Prayer, located next to Kresge Plaza and Mary Hill Center on West Campus, is a space where members of the Azusa Pacific community can pray and reflect, and features a small-scale replica of Jerusalem’s Wailing Wall.

    5. Warehouse Theater

      The Warehouse Theater, located in the Mary Hill Center on West Campus, houses most of the Department of Theater, Arts theatrical productions. Past plays and musicals include Much Ado About Nothing, Amadeus, and Hello, Dolly! The department ranks among the leaders in providing students with opportunities to practice their craft.

      The Hugh and Hazel Darling Library offers students an updated library environment that includes book stacks, individual workstations, and the Ahmanson Information Center, where students have access to 75 computer workstations, several individual study rooms, group study rooms, conference rooms, and the reading room for APU’s historic Special Collections.

    8. University Bookstore

      The University Bookstore offers textbooks, art supplies, APU clothing and memorabilia, greeting cards, picture frames, novels, snacks, and more. The bookstore is located in Building Two, next to the Richard and Vivian Felix Event Center, on West Campus, and is open 8:30 a.m.–6 p.m. Monday–Thursday, and 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Friday.

    9. Heritage Court

      Heritage Court provides a convenient and fun eating spot whether you are on the go, in need of a study break, or hanging out with friends.

      Heritage Court features a large seating area and three options for hungry students: Hillside Grounds, Canyon Grill, and the Quikimart. Students can choose from deli-style sandwiches, salads, hamburgers, smoothies, ice cream, and other delectable delights.
